Evolutionary Homes 5-Star Experiences

In 2011 we built our dream home. Right before construction began, we were introduced to Nathan Murphy who would be our “construction foreman.” He would be the man we would contact about any problem or question or issue we had concerning our new home. It took no time to realize what a “gem” he was. We lived a couple blocks away from the construction site, so we were there at least 3 times a day overseeing and questioning EVERYTHING —decisions, timing—EVERYTHING. Nathan was unbelievably patient with us. He always took time to explain what was happening and why. He answered all my texts immediately. But more than that, having built so many beautiful houses over the years, he offered wonderful suggestions about things we had never thought to do. It wasn’t long before we became friends. My husband and I had been told many times that building a home would be a huge stress on our marriage. We went in expecting that, but Nathan and his team turned it into a pleasant experience. If we were going to build again, we would both want Nathan to oversee everything for us!
