This house became a dream in the making about a year and a half ago! We met with Evolutionary Homes with Deron and Nathan and we had an aha moment with this being the builders we wanted to use! It has been relatively seamless and they have been there the whole time to answer any questions and meet any desires that we had with building this house! We were very fortunate to have run acrossed Evolutionary Homes! They broke ground in January and finished in December. Everything was pretty much right on schedule from what they said. I would definitely use Evolutionary Homes again! All of their crew and workers have been very courteous and thoughtful and helpful!

Evolutionary just poured our foundation this week, and our experience to this point has exceeded our expectations. The team we’ve worked with, from Deron and Kathie, to Nathan, Dustin and others, has brought not only their experience to our project, but a high level of personal care. Their suggestions and guidance have helped us to avoid numerous pitfalls, and to enhance our new home in ways we’d not thought of. We could not suggest them more highly to anyone embarking on the adventure of designing & building a custom home.

Our experience so far has been amazing. We started from scratch and Deron Stadler walked us along throughout the entire architectural design. The bidding process was seamless and we are now in the construction phase. Nathan Murphy has been unbelievable to work with. We never thought building a home would be so stress-free! Their transparency is unparalleled and the job site always clean. We love going out there to see the progress! We highly recommend Evolutionary Homes to anyone that wants to enjoy their custom home experience.

Our experience was amazing! Building a home during any time period is a challenging endeavor. But doing it during a worldwide pandemic, labor and supply shortages, and record inflation has got to be a Nightmare Trifecta for most homebuilders. And yet, Nathan and his team managed our process like true professionals! Our home was built within a year, came out as beautifully as we envisioned, and is a true work of quality and innovation. Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.

It was an amazing experience to worked with Nathan and Deron during the addition of our home, they were so easy to work and open to suggestions, bringing great ideas to our project. They did what they told us, they were on time and always following up with us at every step. I will highly recommend them, it was a pleasure working with them.
